The idea for Ceviche Inka Miami started with a simple passion for food rooted in Peruvian tradition. We knew that the tastes of Peru — from the bustling markets to the coastal towns — deserved a place in the heart of Miami. Our goal was clear: to create a welcoming spot where everyone can experience the true flavors of Peru, from fresh seafood to grilled meats, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Nuestro Chef 👨‍🍳
Javier is originally from Lima, Peru. His father is from Callao (Peru’s first port), known for its ceviche and seafood, and his mother is from northern Peru, also famous for its “northern dishes”. Cooking has always been a part of Javier’s life, and over the years he has perfected each of these flavors.
